I worked at Monday for two years, which began with fabrication and assembly work to produce a beta run of the originally launched product. From there, I designed, prototyped, and sourced components that improved user experience, manufacturability, and aesthetics. I managed sourcing and supply chain, established a BOM management plan, inventory system, and First Article Inspection process. During all of that, I was helping with motorbike assembly and fabricating parts (plastic, metal, PCB population, cable assemblies, upholstery).
